This original run blew me away when it first came out and I still think it's the best of the Shaolin Cowboy material. Well worth checking out just for the gorgeously detailed and insane artwork.

Why this caught my eye:
Maybe this might fit better under fantasy, but c'mon it's full of lucha action. This is a reprint of an older series I believe, but there simply aren't enough lucha themed comics out there (oh how I miss you Sonambulo) so we need to spotlight fun projects like this whenever we can.
